Dust off the Blog, I gots sumthin t' say
While I've been absent (and have been very busy doing other more important things...) it seems that Manic Digger has seen some progress, exe has been active and updates made to the base concept for the game, a modding API has been developed and indeed several 'lite' mods have been produced,
Manic Digger always had been a great interest to me and once more as I arise from the mist of time and obscurity of absence I find that there's shiny new things to keep me interested.
I can't promise that I'm going to make a serious comeback any time soon but I do have a hankering for some block building brilliance.
So even in lieu of my participation, check out the latest version of Manic Digger, see if there's something you can enjoy!

A Little Off Topic...
I know I know, this blog is all about that fantastic open source game Manic Digger! which is great, however I feel I need to post the following as a courtesy.
My partner is raising money for charity and quite frankly, every little helps, so to all the readers of this blog I'm asking if you can give even a little.
The proceeds go toward Macmillan Cancer Support, and there's fun to be had as you're giving! you can vote if my partner has her head shaved or keeps her hair! Its for charity so even if she 'keeps' her locks on her head she's going to add a stripe of Macmillan green colour to her hair.

Oh Hai (^_^) long time no see.
Well its been a while *blows dust away from the keyboard* my RL has been super manic, and I've been drawn back into one of my old gaming passions: Eve Online (for which I also now write a blog... Eve-Blog )
However, true to my word I still check in the MD forums like some lost ghost of times passed... and recently found that there had been some community work to revamp the MD wiki and more importantly, translate the wiki into German!
It's no secret that a large portion of those that enjoy Manic Digger are German, or German speaking so, for all you people .. and especially to any potential players of that persuasion...
